Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. When the product is returned to our facility for inspection, it will be checked against the following criteria:
- The name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and barcode of the product must match, and the MRP tag should be intact and clearly visible.
- All accessories, freebies, and items included with the product, if any, must be present. No part of the product should be missing.
- The product should be unused, free of stains, and with all quality check seals, return tags, or warranty seals (if applicable) intact.
- The product must be undamaged, with no scratches, dents, tears, or other imperfections.
- The product’s original packaging or box must be undamaged.
- The product should be in a condition suitable for resale.
If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return, along with a valid reason for returning the product. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or denied.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that do not meet the conditions for return as specified above.
- Products that show any signs of use.
- Perishable goods.
- Custom-printed products.
- Items with limited shelf life, such as newspapers, magazines, course books, and certain seasonal materials (e.g., festival stationery and crafts).
- Personal care, intimate use, sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Items purchased during flash sales, limited-time sales, or with specific promotional offers.
- Products sold as part of a clearance or liquidation sale.
Exchanges
If your return is accepted, we may offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis, following the specific product or brand’s policy. If a replacement item is unavailable, discontinued, or if shipping a replacement is impractical, we may consider offering a refund instead.
Refunds
If a return is approved and not eligible for exchange, we will begin processing the refund. The refund amount will be adjusted based on any discounts, promotions, referral points, or the value of any free gift provided with the purchase.
The refund will be provided as store credit in the customer’s account, which can be used for future purchases.
Refunds will be credited within 4 weeks after the return has been received, inspected, and any questions regarding the return have been resolved.
Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. In some cases, we may consider waiving the return shipping cost at our discretion. If a refund is provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
